Founding Beta Terms of Service

These terms describe the temporary access model for the Norn Founding Beta. They are intended to explain the beta relationship clearly without promising production-grade guarantees.

Last updated: July 15, 2026

1. Scope of the beta

The Founding Beta gives approved participants temporary access to Norn before the broader commercial release. Access is limited, may change without notice, and is tied to the configured beta end date.

Participation is invitation-based through a personal access code.
Beta access is temporary and may end earlier if required for security or abuse prevention.
Norn may update the beta workflow, UI, or feature availability during this period.

2. Personal access codes

Each beta code is personal and single-use. It is associated with the applicant email and should not be shared or resold.

The code is intended for the person or team that submitted the application.
A beta code does not transfer ownership of the product or any underlying intellectual property.
Norn may refuse or revoke access if a code is misused.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the beta responsibly and not interfere with the service, other users, or connected providers.

Do not attempt unauthorized access, scraping abuse, or rate-limit evasion.
Do not use the beta to send harmful, unlawful, or deceptive outreach.
Keep your account and access code secure.

4. Availability and changes

The beta is provided on an as-is basis. Norn may change, pause, or discontinue parts of the beta without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability.

Beta features may be incomplete, experimental, or withdrawn.
Data handling and workflows may evolve as the product improves.
The public commercial offer may differ from the beta experience.

5. Feedback and contact

Participation may involve operational beta emails and product feedback requests. Submitting feedback does not create an obligation for Norn to implement it.

Required service emails may include access-code delivery and beta-operational notices.
Feedback may be used to improve the product roadmap and implementation details.
For questions about these terms, use the support contact provided in Norn emails.
